As the title tells this is the deluxe version of Railroad Tycoon. The game has some enhanced graphics, but what furthermore has changed I do not know. It appears the trains are expanded and probably some new scenarios to play. It looks pretty good to me, though $\":\)\"$

This was a very nice game in the past. Actually who created the video was never played this game before... If you play with this game good to know! 1. Shift+D dual lane tracks 2. Buy your stocks, before your competitors are doing that. 3. Usually the biggest station is the best, because cities are growing.
